General Camp InformationJan 2022 Camp COVID UpdateHello Supercampers! We can’t wait to welcome you to this year’s Supercamp, but first would like to address any concerns or queries that you may have regarding the ongoing covid-19 situation. The Queensland Government has outlined their Sport, Recreation and Fitness Activities Matrix in their recent update to sporting organisations, that provides an overview of restrictions linked with vaccination status. Check In Queensland App - All QueenslandAnyone visiting the stadium for any reason will need to check in using the Check In Qld app. MasksFrom 1am AEST Sunday 2 January masks must be worn indoors everywhere in Queensland, except in your own home or accommodation, and where it is unsafe, such as while doing strenuous exercise. This includes:
You do not need to wear a mask outdoors if you can remain 1.5 metres away from others that are not members of your household. Children under 12 years and people affected by a medical condition or disability do not lawfully have to wear a face mask. See exceptions from wearing face masks. Indoor stadium, sports arena or sports centreMasks must be worn when not participating in physical activity including standing as a spectator, unless seated to watch as a spectator. See you soon!
Supercamp® Special Features
Schedule Check-in for the camp will begin at 9am on the first day. The camp will officially start at 11am with a group orientation lecture. Check-out will be at the completion of the Award Ceremony at 2pm on the final day of camp. Training Three training sessions per day (morning, afternoon and evening). Play heaps of officiated games, maybe your team will be the champions of your age group. It is not compulsory for a child to attend the evening session but it is highly recommended. Players train and play in their own age groups. Camp Accommodation Live-in campers enjoy quality camp accommodation. Meals Each meal will include healthy nourishing food for an active camper. The 1st meal will be served at 12 noon on the opening day. Live-in campers receive 3 meals per day. Live-out campers can purchase a five day optional lunch and/ or dinner package or bring own meals. Travel Most campers travel to the camp via private vehicle. Supercamp staff members can collect and return campers to the various travel terminals should prior notification be given. If you are a qualified Soccer or Basketball coach, enrol a camper at Supercamp and you could earn $dollars or receive free of charge live-in position at the supercamp for a child at the Supercamp.
